How a subscription cancellation request was actually a success story.
No one likes getting subscription cancellation requests. Our goal is always to make long-term, lifelong, happy customers but these things always happen for a variety of reasons, of course. This story is less of a cancellation request and more of a “how can we help a customer be more efficient” type situation. We are here to help in any way we can.
Kristine had requested that we cancel her Custom Exclusive Phone Interviewed Leads subscription – not because there was a problem with the leads themselves but because she was having trouble keeping up with them all which, in her own words, “is a good thing“.
