  2. How long does a campaign stay in the que before it sends? I have one in there for over 12 hours.

    1. Sometimes that counter actually just appears to be stuck and you have to manually refresh the page.

      In this case, there was actually an issue with the cron job which I have fixed.

    1. Ok, glad you figured it out. Just for others knowledge, on Windows you would use “Ctrl-c” to copy and then “Ctrl-v” to paste. I’m not sure what it is on Mac.

  4. Trying to Copy and Paste an email swipe to send to my list and I get this:

  5. I’ve put in 16 autoresponder messages and activated the first 8. I’ll have the rest finished by tomorrow. When do you turn on scheduled sending?? Or what do I need to do to start them going out to the contacts?

    1. There is nothing else you need to do. The messages (when active) will go out automatically to any new contacts added to the list.

    1. I know we helped you via live chat but here are the general instructions for finding your account details:

      1) Login to your account here: https://www.extremeleadprogram.com/my-account/
      2) Use the “Orders” link right below the “Dashboard” link in the left column
      3) Use the “View” link for the proper order.
      4) Scroll Down and look for the section labeled, “Access Your Order”, there should be details there.
