Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

Extreme Lead Program provides traffic, advertising, lead generation, funnel, CRM, email, SMS, and related marketing services.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available. By placing an order with Extreme Lead Program, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Testimonial Disclaimer, and any product-specific terms shown at checkout or on the applicable offer page.
General Refund Policy
Except where a specific offer states otherwise, all sales are final once fulfillment, setup, campaign preparation, custom work, or delivery has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Campaign setup
- Ad copy creation
- Email creation
- Funnel or page work
- List preparation
- Traffic delivery
- Lead delivery
- CRM setup
- SMS or email campaign preparation
- Any other custom or done-for-you service work
Because many of our services require manual setup, campaign preparation, ad copy, traffic allocation, or custom fulfillment, refunds are not available after work has begun unless specifically stated in writing or required by law.
First-Time Money-Back Guarantee
Certain first-time test offers may include a 100% money-back guarantee.
If a product page, landing page, or checkout page states that a money-back guarantee applies, the guarantee is limited to the terms shown on that offer or on our Money-Back Guarantee Details page.
For example, eligible first-time orders under $49.95 may be covered by our money-back guarantee if the customer submits a request through our website support/ticket system within five (5) days of placing the order.
This guarantee applies only to eligible first-time test orders and does not guarantee leads, opt-ins, sales, conversions, commissions, earnings, profits, business growth, or return on investment.
If an eligible refund is approved, any non-refundable payment processor fees may be deducted where permitted.
No Lead, Sales, or Earnings Guarantee
Extreme Lead Program may guarantee delivery of purchased traffic, clicks, visitors, leads, campaign setup, or related services when specifically stated on the applicable product or offer page.
We do not guarantee:
- Leads
- Opt-ins
- Sales
- Conversions
- Commissions
- Earnings
- Profits
- Business growth
- Return on investment
- Specific customer behavior after traffic is delivered
Customer results vary based on many factors, including the customer’s offer, landing page, funnel, follow-up, pricing, tracking, niche, market demand, compliance, and sales process.
Testimonials, reviews, screenshots, examples, or case studies are individual experiences only and are not promises or guarantees of future results.
Order Tracking and Campaign Statistics
Order tracking and campaign statistics provided by Extreme Lead Program are used to determine campaign delivery and fulfillment.
If you believe there is an error in your tracking, delivery count, or campaign statistics, you must contact support so we can review the issue.
Third-party tracking tools may show different numbers due to filtering, redirects, tracking settings, bot filters, duplicate filtering, time zone differences, script loading issues, browser privacy settings, or other technical differences.
Order Fulfillment and Delivery Time
Many campaigns begin setup or delivery within 1–2 business days when stated on the applicable product page.
However, total delivery time may vary depending on the product purchased, order size, traffic availability, campaign requirements, customer-provided materials, compliance review, and other operational factors.
Unless otherwise stated, Extreme Lead Program may take up to thirty (30) business days to complete fulfillment of an order.
If we are unable to fulfill an order or the remaining portion of an order within that time, the customer may request a refund or credit for the unfulfilled portion.
For campaigns requiring customer-provided information, URLs, ad copy, approvals, or other materials, delays in customer response may delay fulfillment.
If a specific traffic source or delivery method becomes unavailable, we may offer an equivalent or higher-quality alternative, a credit, or a refund for the unfulfilled portion, at our discretion.
Customer-Provided Materials and Approvals
Some services require the customer to provide information, links, ad copy, approvals, campaign details, or other materials.
If the customer does not provide required information or approval within a reasonable time, fulfillment may be delayed.
For customer-provided ad copy or materials, if the customer does not provide or approve the required materials within seven (7) days, Extreme Lead Program may begin campaign setup or fulfillment using materials we create or adapt, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Subscription and Recurring Billing
Some products may be offered as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions, such as weekly or monthly delivery.
If you choose a recurring subscription, you authorize Extreme Lead Program or its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method at the billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel.
Recurring billing terms, including billing frequency and price, will be shown before purchase.
You may cancel an active subscription from your customer account area or by contacting support.
To avoid renewal, cancellation requests should be submitted at least three (3) business days before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges or the current billing period. Your subscription may remain active through the end of the current paid period.
If you have multiple active subscriptions, each subscription must be canceled individually.
If setup or fulfillment work has already begun, cancellation of a pending campaign may be subject to reasonable setup or processing fees.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Gift certificates do not expire unless otherwise stated.
Lead Replacement Policy
Some lead products may include a lead replacement policy.
Lead replacement terms vary by product and lead type. Real-time lead products may be eligible for replacement in certain cases, such as disconnected or wrong phone numbers, if stated on the applicable product page or Lead Replacement Policy page.
Older, aged, non-real-time, or specialty lead categories may not be eligible for replacement unless specifically stated.
Duplicate records may occur when the same person signs up for similar offers, websites, or campaigns at different times. Extreme Lead Program is not responsible for replacing duplicate records already existing in a customer’s own database.

Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you have a billing concern, delivery issue, or service dispute, please contact Extreme Lead Program support first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks when we believe an order was validly placed, fulfilled, partially fulfilled, or otherwise handled according to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Use, or the applicable product terms.
Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Customers are responsible for canceling any active recurring subscription separately.
Processing Fees
If a refund is approved, any non-refundable payment processor fees, transaction fees, or related processing costs may be deducted where permitted.
