- Email SMTP with a dedicated IP address set up with the capacity for unlimited email sending with built-in domain warm-up processes
- Full Twillio setup for SMS including phone number registration and approval process (cost for Twillio usage is separate and paid directly to Twillio). The customer will create a free Twilio account and upgrade that account by providing a billing payment in it. ELP will handle the part of getting their business profile approved and a phone number approved as part of the setup fee (they will have to provide me with business information for Twilio).
