   While we can not guarantee any specific results in terms of sales, opt-ins, etc, we have some open/click averages that seem to hold true consistently.  With the email campaigns we design, we are seeing around an 8-10% email open rate and then a 1-2% click through rate on the opens.  This will vary from campaign to campaign and we can not guarantee those results, these are just averages over the past few months.
    
4. Should I design my own email message?
   
   This one really depends on you and how comfortable you feel with doing so.  We have been doing this for many years and have the experience of designign a good performing email ad that gets opens and clicks.  We recommend having us design it for you, but if you are capable then by all means that is fine.  You can provide us with your email ad copy after the order is placed by replying to one of the order confirmation emails.
